Another coloring book inspired piece in the works, this time featuring mother & child. Believe it or not, I actually started this piece a couple of years ago, looooong before I got pregnant. It was a commission for a trade but I wasn't happy with it and so it sat, safely tucked away, waiting to be unearthed and re-imagined.
Perhaps I needed to become a mother first to uncover what the piece was meant to be. I'm very excited about where this one is heading.
