I'll be participating, for the first time, in this open studios event. So if you're in NYC, come say hello and see my studio in person… Barbie mayhem! Perhaps my feature in TimeOut NY peaked your interest?!
Jewelry from my Plastic Body Series production line will be available for sale, so you may want to get a jump on your holiday shopping. And if that's not enough to convince you… over 25 other artists in the building will be participating. There will be an open bar (!) and free shuttle service (!!) between the Morgan Fine Arts Building and the Bedford L and Nassau G train stops (call: 917.685.6154)
Information about the event, a map, artist listings and previews can all be found at: www.morganfineartsbldg.com
This event runs concurrent with Greenpoint Open Studios Events taking place all weekend long. You can read more about the participating artists and locations across northern Brooklyn at: greenpointopenstudios.wordpress.com

I SO wish I could go...but no trips to NY in my future anytime soon:( lol. Best of luck! Im sure it will be a blast!!
I wish I could visit. I would love to see your studio!
I so wish I could throw the boy in the car and head up for the weekend!
How I wish I was back in NYC for this - sounds excellent! Loving the picture too :)
Cool. Good luck with it!
Once again, I need to go to New York. I would love to be there. For some reason I'm picturing it with a craft corner for people to make their own jewelry out of pre-cut Barbie parts to take home and show to their mothers - but the craft corner would be for adults instead of kids. :)
Have a great time!
all these pieces of Barbies...i m totally stuned !!! amazing
So many barbies!
I Hope the event was a hit :D
