I'm visiting with family for Christmas and will be taking an official blogging break until after the new year. Sincerest thanks for your support and kindness throughout 2008! It's been an amazing year; I feel like I've accomplished so much. I'm ready for a new and exciting year of endless possibility and creativity… and I wish for you the same.

Thanks to everyone for playing along with my little holiday giveaway contest. Between facebook and the blog there were 71 guesses… wow! WAY more than I anticipated! Surprisingly no one guessed the actual number 73, but Zoe Peck was the closest with 72.

(Valerie Heck also said 72, however Zoe submitted her answer a day earlier so Zoe wins the prize.)

I just received confirmation that all three of my submissions were accepted for The Perfect Fit – Shoes Tell Stories an upcoming exhibition on view at the Fuller Craft Museum in Brockton, MA from June 6, 2009 to January 3, 2010. Starting in February 2010, the exhibition will also travel to various other exhibition venues around the country. I'm so excited I got in!

Busy Busy

Thanksgiving was a whirlwind, I am SWAMPED with Xmas orders and drowning in emails, SO… the blog has been on hold until I feel more caught up. I'll be posting images of new work due to hit my etsy shop later this week though, so stay tuned for that. Thanks for your patience and I hope everyone had a lovely Thanksgiving!
